About Us
Following Jesus is an exciting journey! Our church family here at Monett is committed to that journey as we learn to love God fully and love others as Christ does. We do this so that we might glorify God in Monett and beyond by bringing people to Jesus, maturing them into a loving community of disciples and equipping them to serve in Jesus’ name.
Each week we assemble with the intent of worshiping God in spirit & truth.
We observe the Lord’s Supper each Sunday.
We sing praises & pray.
We give as we have each prospered.
We study the Bible only.
There are classes for everyone.
We believe that Scripture is intended to mature us spiritually. The Shepherds encourage us to apply it to our lives and this is what we seek to do, although we are not perfect. We encourage you to visit us. Hope to see you soon!
